• Premises used only for residential/student purposes.
• Room must be returned in original condition.
• No alterations without consent.
• Monthly fee payable by 5th (₹300/day late fine).
• One/two semester lock-in with one month notice.
• Disputes under Jalandhar jurisdiction.
• Illegal activities are student’s responsibility.
• Electricity bill + ₹300 maintenance applicable.
• Misbehavior with staff is unlawful.
• No liability for theft or natural calamities.
